DL form has suffered over the last year and tonight was no exception. So I kept my RPE at a lower level to get some form corrections in. Seems to have worked a bit as the weight was easy and explosive with the bands. Let’s see if I can continue to keep that going for Friday’s session.
Other than that it was a good workout and draining…
