Love the lower reps on everything… Such a huge difference so far in my strength, power and even in my physique a little. Plus I am having more fun with my training when every set is like this rather than being bored with 10 rep accessory work crap.

After doing the pause work my legs were fried up like hell, so the ATG squats ended up being less reps than I wanted.
Keep thinking and planning my workouts and my eating plan towards a nice little event in the future… really looking forward to it. The wait will be over soon enough. 🙂
