Realized I forgot to post yesterday’s workout up. Maybe only one person noticed it besides me, but that one reader is muy importante.
02-15
Chinups
100 total reps
Started with 11 or 12 on the first set then went downhill… how I did this all I have no idea and my back is feeling it today.
Dips
75 total reps
Same for my chest and tris, they are meathooked to death right now.
02-16
I found that filming my worksets has been helping me look at form, see where I need help at and provide some entertainment value to another. While I am no superstar of the lifting world, I know what I am doing and can easily look at someone’s form and pick apart where they need to work on the most.
Do I share them, not often publicly… unless its some great lift that I can actually brag a little about or something went drastically wrong that I can’t pinpoint…
Today was some lighter squats as I have been working my lower body to a bloody pulp lately.
Squat
175 x 3
175 x 3
241 x 3
295 x 3
330 x 2
351 x 2
374 x 2
400 x 2 x 2
The top set was fast, explosive and solid… mission accomplished for that.
Pendlay Rows
135 x 3
225 x 2
275 x 3
295 x 3 x 3
Why did I do these? I wanted to…. nothing beats a sick back.
After this Lexen meet, then the REAL fun begins….
Let the planning begin soon.
