Very fat bar curlsBar x 1095 x 5135 x 5 for 8 minutes.
Tricep rope pushdowns160 x 5 for 8 minutes.
Arms were pretty swelled up after this. I almost looked like a jersey shore victim. Almost.
Now I’m ready for Venice Beach and the muscle pit 😉
