DUMBBELL INCLINE BENCH

WEIGHTED PLANKS

Worked out with a client today, two birds one stone.
I really like using the SSB on the majority of my squat movements as it exposes a weakness I have staying upright and forces me to work on it harder. Using them for good mornings has a similar effect.
