Tonight’s workout was one of those where I wanted to just destroy shit, but unfortunately due to the rehab of my left bicep, I couldn’t.
I made do with what I had to work with, although I wanted to lift until the blackouts came.
I miss those days where I have total disregard for my own safety… soon….
