Curls and pressdowns were also rest-paused the last set.
This was a good workout today, at least for my right arm.
On the left arm rehab front, I am able to reach full extension with it, I am taking the brace off more (at least around the home) and even with the brace on I am cleared to unlock the brace to move it within a certain range of motion.
All is going well with it, the progress is excellent and before I know it I will be back to full speed, left arm catching back up to the right arm soon.
Which makes that arm happy, it is starting to have eating disorders pop up on it… doesn’t want to eat, having weight issues… kind of depressing when all the left one sees is the right one looking like a champ.
