Upper body day.
I’m enjoying testing out my new template for the future book. The volume is insane, which is what I enjoy, and with me monitoring my rest periods again, it’s a brutally fun day at the gym.
Training like a bodybuilder is hard ass work. I’d much rather push heavy shit than blow myself up with reps, but I cannot deny the physical benefits from training this way.

Training like this is truly therapeutic. I am enjoying this far more than my original book so far, we will see what the results look like before I take on testers.
