After missing yesterday at the gym with a repulsive fever, I was contemplating taking the rest of the week off.
My worst judgement got the best of me, as it usually does with my own training.
But I also decided to do something different today. I kept it light but I added the Time Under Tension fun in the last set.
Deload with a twist. Every last set was done for a 2 minute time.
Its CrossFit for bodybuilding???
INCLINE BENCH
Set 1: 45 lbs × 10
Set 2: 135 lbs × 8
Set 3: 155 lbs × 40
PRESS
Set 1: 45 lbs × 10
Set 2: 95 lbs × 8
Set 3: 95 lbs × 47
CHINUPS
Set 1: 5 reps
Set 2: 5 reps
Set 3: 5 reps
Set 4: 5 reps
Set 5: 5 reps
Chins were the only ones I didn’t do for 2 minutes. I’m 265 pounds, 2 minutes of chins would leave me cursing everything and everybody within a 10 mile radius.
TRICEP PRESSDOWNS
Set 1: 97 lbs × 8
Set 2: 117 lbs × 8
Set 3: 117 lbs × 60
EZ BAR CURLS
Set 1: 25 lbs × 15
Set 2: 75 lbs × 8
Set 3: 75 lbs × 40
