We moved from a 1500 square foot floor space to more than double the size at 3400 square feet.
Our gym added squat racks, platforms, more power racks, a reverse hyper, sleds, turf, strongman implements, doubled the amount of weight plates, and much more.
Scott Hall joined us from Mississippi:

Dylan took 1st place and was awarded best lifter for his performance at this meet. In 2018 Scotty coached Dylan to a WPA world record squat, and tota,l in the 16-17 year old division. Dylan is now a USAW Certified Coach and continues to study under Scotty’s guidance.Â
In 2019 Scotty successfully coached Brook Kirk through the MS State High School championships. Her performance at this event earned her a powerlifting scholarship to Blue Mountain College where she continues her studies.
Scotty has worked with lifters from all walks of life and all ages. Â
In 2016 Scotty held the Mississippi squat, bench, deadlift, and total records in both the USPA and APA Submaster 220 division. His APA records stand to this day.
