Everything revolves around intent, execution, and consistency.
The people who excel at your job are the ones who show up daily, not only do the work required, but also step up and lead.
They are the ones who continue to move forward using their skills, education, connections, and work ethic.
A healthy lifestyle isn’t any different.
Your strength program needs to be intelligently designed, and coached effectively.
The effort you put forth, in the gym, has a direct effect on the strength you will gain, and the lean muscle you will build.
Your diet needs to be tailored to your needs, not using the latest quick fad or *insert word here* diet.
Your mindset should be focused on outcomes, productivity, and progress.
While I am not expecting you to be a stoic philosopher and allow the world to just roll off your back, with nary a blip, your mindset should be leaning towards present outcomes and not being excessively distracted by what was, what you can’t control, or what is out of your hands.
The biggest indicator will always be consistency.
Start to string together
This is where you see the separation of results and stagnation.
“I will improve today”
“I got this”
“I am ready for this”
Let’s get it done.
