This is a program for lifters who are familiar with the olympic lifts and is a good transition program for athletes coming from a crossfit or highschool lifting background. This is a fantastic cycle to run to build competency before running our 20 week training cycle.
This is a 100% complete training cycle featuring an accumulation block to increase work capacity, a hypertrophy block to increase lean muscle mass, an absolute strength peaking block which puts your newly accumulated muscle to work moving heavier loads than ever before, a high intensity / high frequency block to dial in your Olympic lifts, a peaking block to truly maximize your strength capability at the olympic lifts, and a taper to prepare you for competition. This is simply a phenomenal program to run in preparation for a meet.
This training cycle will help to more fully develop you as a weightlifter. You will move better and you will get stronger. Expect new personal bests with regularity as you will be pushed to new levels of performance.
This is a challenging and rewarding training cycle that lasts for 12 weeks and is focused on building positional strength and technique in the Olympic lifts. There are 3 core days a week and two accessory days a week. You will practice the lifts with frequency and intensity.
If you want to challenge yourself this is the ticket. You should expect to set new personal records with regularity running this program.
This is a training cycle designed to build lean mass, absolute strength, and speed. We utilize the conjugate method for powerlifting which was originally brought to the United States by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell. You can expect a different maximum effort upper body lift variation and a different maximum effort lower body lift variation each week. You will Also focus on developing explosive power and growing new lean tissue. This is a rewarding and challenging program that will build grit, grow new muscle, and maximize your strength potential.
