Open Gym

Open gym gives you access to our facility. Our open gym hours are:

Monday to Friday: 5:30am to 8:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 2:00pm

We are fully staffed during these hours, and we routinely check for cleanliness, ensure equipment is returned to the proper location, and our staff members are all certified coaches who are here to help all members with:

  • Spotting
  • Assisting loading plates
  • Form corrections and cues
  • Questions about your program, training, and diet
  • And more

OPen gym + Programming

Team programming is in addition to the Open Gym plan.

These workouts are optional, and numerous members take advantage of them to pursue their fitness goals. Why come to a gym without a plan? Let us help you achieve your goals with one of our programs such as:

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching will help you reach your goals by helping you optimize your eating for your results. Whether your goals are weight loss, muscle gain, performance optimization, or being healthier, we can help guide you to those goals with accountability, planning, and creating sustainable eating habits.

With all the information on the internet about nutrition, it can be confusing for people to find what works for them. We will help take the confusion out of food and direct you to your best.

You train hard one hour a day, and the other 23 hours still exist in the day. Being more thoughtful about your food intake, sleep, water intake, and stress management will improve your time in the gym and improve your life and health outcomes.

Small Group Coaching

Small Group Coaching is led by a coach who is devoted entirely to the small group. Each session will be structured as such:

  • Comprehensive warm-up to prepare you for the work ahead
  • Strength workout 
  • Complimentary lift after the “main” lift
  • Circuits, conditioning, hypertrophy (build lean muscle), and core work

This is a challenging hour meant to push you, support each other, build a sense of teamwork and community - and most importantly to have fun doing it!

Personal Training

Personal Training is devoted to one on one training with your coach. For each session they will be devoted entirely to you, and this service is not included in any membership package, but rather a separate fee of 90 dollars per session.

Each session is designed specifically for you, your needs, and your level of exercise experience. With our collective 50+ years as coaches and gym owners, you are sure to find fantastic results being led by our experienced staff.
